We are happy to offer worldwide deliveries. All orders are shipped with Express postal services from our warehouse in Barcelona. Shipping costs will be added where applicable. The shipment of the purchased items will be carried out via DHL, UPS or Zeleris depending on which one is considered most suitable. To avoid incidents (wrong address, inability to locate the receiver at home, etc.), it is essential that you correctly fill in the form. Delivery Times.
— Spanish orders: 24-48 hours. 
— European orders: 2-4 working days.
— Worldwide: 3-7 working days.

Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods; couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or on weekends. However, please note that this time is an estimate and depends on the postal service in your country.

We kindly offer a Free Shipping rate for orders over 80€ in Spain and 250€ worldwide, for the rest of orders:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are free to return the purchased products within 21 days from receiving the order.

You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. The refund will be made within 7 days after the product has returned to our warehouse.

In addition, the following criteria must be met:
– All original packaging with pricing, labels, hang tags etc. must be intact.
–The cost of returning the good to us is your responsability. 

We will provide you a printed return delivery note with all the specifications, In the case you need more information, please send us an email to and we will give you the instructions to follow. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

Please be aware that discounted products are not refunded, you can only exchange them for a voucher (valid for 6 month). If free shipping has been selected, these expenses will be discounted from the final amount of the return.

Outsiders Division will not be responsible for any customs charge or fee attached to the shipment when passing European customs. Outsiders Division will not assume the costs of any additional fee for the return of any product.

In case of defects and / or non-compliance, you will have the right to restore the conformity of the product, through repair or replacement, or alternative remedies as refunds or discounts. If the received products are damaged, non-compliant, faulty or incorrect, you may apply for a repair or replacement or refund of the purchased goods within two weeks of acknowledging the same.

If a package is abandoned or unreclaimed and is subsequently sent to our facilities, we will not be responsible for the return postage or refund: the collection of the packages is the responsibility of the customer. We don´t refund unreclaimed packages.


We cannot hold stock for exchanges therefore in order to exchange your item you must return the original purchase and submit a new order online. The original item will be refunded upon receipt of return.
